Here are the troubleshooting steps, hope it may help:
Q1: both Camera's turn off when inserting chip
A1:The car dvr do not  supports 64GB TF card above. please try 32GB/16G/8G.
And format the storage card with your computer and try again.

Q2:    does not take sd card
A2:Please format the storage card with the the dash cam build-in formatting program.

Q3:Camera does not turn on.
A3: Please connect with the 5V 1A DC power for 10 minutes to fully charge the build-in batteries. 300mah battery that lasts no more than 5 minutes to save last video segment. This unit is intended for your car in which it will always be plugged into the car charger. 

Q4:Worked for about 2 hours. Then shut off and won't turn back on.
A4: Please try to exchange car charger or return for exchange if camera wont turn on automatically after start the engine.

Q5:Worked fine at first but now the image it displays is blurry and not clear like it was before.
A5:please format the memory card ,restore factory settings and clean the camera lens. and try again.

Q6:Very weak bracket broken
A6: please purchase the replacement bracket at a reasonable price.

Q7:|Unit doesn't power up, tried resetting the unit and that didn't work. Tried three different cigarette lighter plugs. Nothing. ...

Q8:Will not hold/except memory card. I purchased new, received use. Would like to replace with new item.
